Im not sure if all you mw2 players are familiar with knife or reload canceling.  But is it possible to program a sequence of button presses to a single key stroke?  Knife, HOLD equip and then cancel - for instance.

yes with macro software. most gaming devices come with their own macro software built in. i like autohotkey for most things.
